Team Led by Gupta Debuts Three New Robots

A research team led by Satyandra K. Gupta, professor of mechanical engineering and affiliate member of UMIACS, will debut three new robots on Maryland Robotics Day (October 25). They are:

Robo Raven III, the first flapping-wing robot to feature solar cell wings.

R2G2, a nimble, limbless robot.

Robo Terp, a legged, amphibious robot that uses a splash-free swimming gait.
