Symposium to honor Dana Nau's contributions to Artificial Intelligence

UMD's Computer Science Department, Institute for Systems Research, and UMIACS will be holding a symposium to honor Dana Nau's contributions to artificial intelligence on the occasion of his 60th birthday. Researchers from around the world will gather in College Park, MD to celebrate Prof. Nau's contributions to automated planning, diagnostic inference, adversarial and game theoretic reasoning, and automated manufacturing. A special "Festschrift" book in honor of Nau is expected to appear towards the end of 2012 consisting of selected papers from the symposium.
