Important Dates

The dates listed below are tentative and subject to change. In order to streamline the reviewing process, authors must submit a title and short abstract (up to approximately 250 words) of their paper by Nov 10. Submission of the full extended abstract is due by Nov 17.

• Nov 10, 2008: Title and short abstract (up to approx 250 words) due (11:59pm EST)
• Nov 17, 2008: Submission of extended abstract due (11:59pm EST)
• Feb 6, 2009: Notification of acceptance or rejection of papers
• [To be announced]: Camera-ready papers and video/multimedia abstracts due
• May 31-June 2, 2009: Symposium in Bethesda, Maryland, with welcome reception on May 30.
