Biography:
Matthew Coudron is an adjunct assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science and UMIACS as well as a research scientist at NIST.
His research interests include theoretical computer science, quantum computation/information/cryptography, computational complexity, and machine learning.
Coudron received his doctorate in theoretical computer science from MIT in 2017.
He was previously a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Waterloo’s Institute for Quantum Computing.
