Agenda: The Summit will be spread over two days September 27-28, 2006. The summit will open on Wednesday with a government keynote speaker discussing programs and needs of the focused technology. Each session will have invited speakers who are experts in the field, and technical talks that will showcase academic and commercial research and development. There will be two special events. On Wednesday late-afternoon and evening there will be a reception and session devoted to abstracts and demonstrations. The Thursday agenda will have additional talks and government discussions, including a panel on potential collaboration and funding sources.
