Fermüller Named Co-Chair of CVPR ‘14

Cornelia Fermüller, an associate research scientist in UMIACS, has been named a program co-chair of the upcoming conference on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition (CVPR).

CVPR '14 is the premier conference in computer vision sponsored by IEEE that attracts about 2000 participants from academia and industry. The conference comprises the main conference and several co-located workshops and short courses. It features high quality, original research on CVPR topics applied to images and video.

The conference will take place at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, Ohio, on June 24-27, 2014.
