Perform a threshold operation from shares. This is not simply the recover function for ShareType, since recover is additive, while the threshold operation is multiplicative. Parameters: partials  The shares that form partial results of the threshold operation. Returns: A threshold RSA result, which should then be verified, or 0 if not enough shares were provided.
