Welcome to my home page

I am currently doing my doctorate  in University of Maryland College Park under Prof Rama Chellappa. My research interests are Computer Vision, Machine Learning and Biometrics.

I focus on developing fast and efficient machine learning algorithms for visual data. My research work strives to address some of the common problems in computer vision tasks, namely:
  • Large variation in testing conditions,
  • Limited availability of training data, and
  • Shift in properties of training and testing domains.
