Introduction to Split-C version 1.0 (November 9, 1993)

page 10 - paragraph 4 - "on_my_2D" should be "for_my_2D"
page 16 - code snippets - "You don't need this, just have a blank line"  
               at top of page.
page 16 - 2nd line from bottom "As it makes" instead of "As it make".
page 22 - top snippet of code - in all_spread_malloc, 100 should be
                        "100*PROCS"
page 22 - section 5.3, second last paragraph, last function should have a right floor
                     instead of a  right ceiling.
page 23 - top snippet of code - 3rd "for" line should be
			"for (k=0 ; k<r ; k++)"
page 23 - second snippet of code - "for" line should be
			"for (k=0 ; k<r ; k++)"
page 26 - first typedef should be for "body" instead of "body_t"
page 26 - in the nested for loops, the assignment for dy should be:
            "dy = l_bodies[j].y - r_bodies[i].y"
page 27 - function "all_nBody" should have "int m" come before 
               "body gBodies[PROCS]::[m]"
page 27 - second paragraph of text - "Bulk_read" should be "bulk_read"
page 30 - function "all_nBody" should have "int m" come before 
               "body gBodies[PROCS]::[m]"
page 31 - top code block - variables "ii" and "jj" are unnecessary.
page 31 - 4 lines from bottom, "Syntactically" 
page 32 - 4 lines into second paragraph- should be "any read waits ..."
page 33 - second code block - last line - "store_all_sync()" should be
                              "all_store_sync()"
page 33 - third code block - parameters should be:

page 33 - three lines from bottom - "no remote access for the last log PROCS stages"
page 34 - in top code block - variable "my_X" is not used.
page 37 - all_spread_malloc's should be:

page 38 - In the "multiply and shift" routine, the store_sync call, and the two
           barriers are unnecessary.
page 38 - last line of text does not make sense.
page 43 - Line before section 8.3 should not have "_t".
page 52 - section 10.2 - "Barrier()" should be "barrier()"
page 54 - section 10.6 - "store_all_sync" should be "all_store_sync"
