DESCRIPTION
This seminar will provide an opportunity for students to
investigate the principles of human-human and machine-machine communication as a basis for models of
human-computer communication. Issues will be covered related to: interface design, methods of evaluation,
conceptual models, levels of control, metaphor and personification, adaptability, and intensionality/extensionality.
