I am a
member of the research faculty
at the University of Maryland Institute for Advanced Computer Studies
(UMIACS). I completed my Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the
University of Maryland, College Park, MD, in 2010. I received the
B.S.
degrees in Electrical Engineering and Applied Mathematics (with honors)
and the
M.S. degree in Applied Mathematics from North Carolina State
University,
Raleigh, NC, in 2004 and 2005, respectively. In 2010, I was an
ORAU
postdoctoral fellow with the U.S. Army Research Laboratory. My
broad research interests are in
signal processing, computer vision, machine learning and pattern recognition with
applications to
biometrics and radar imaging. |
