- There are three adjoining churches here:

The Church of the Holy Apostoles is a late example
of the Rashka architectural school of Serbia, built
in the 13th century. It was decorated with frescoes
in the monumental style, around 1250.

The Church of Saint Demetrius was founded by
Archbishop Nikodim and built between 1321 and 1324,
with a cross-shaped ground plan and frescoes in the
narrative style.

The Church of the Blessed Virgin of Odigitria was
founded by Archbishop Danilo II, and built between
1324 and 1337, with frescoes in the narrative style.
