Welcome to
my home page!
I am a
scientist working at the University of
Maryland Institute of Advanced Computer Studies (UMIACS) (I recognize
myself as a scientist, while do some teaching and advise Ph.D. students: other
titles are Senior Research Scientist or Research Professor). My background is
in fluid mechanics and applied mathematics. My research interests are broad
and include many interdisciplinary areas where mathematical modeling and
efficient ways of solution of mathematical problems are crucial. My list of publications can
give you an idea what is my field, which is actually extending everyday due to research. You can
also check some links
and my personal
information to get better idea what is my field and background. If you are
interested in consulting, have any questions, or suggestions related to my
work, please do not hesitate to contact me.
