Performance Monitors is a collaboration with the Handle project at CNRI to perform passive performance monitoring for Handle accesses. This research is a part of the NSF ITR funded Nebula Project . This project constructs Resource Profiles to reflect network latencies, patterns of updates and change at content servers, and the varying requirements of different clients and applications.
